By command of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, it is hereby announced that His Majesty has consented to the appointment of several officers.
Senior Administrative Officer at the Permanent Secretary Office (Core Education) of the Ministry of Education Pengiran Haji Raffizanna bin Pengiran Haji Razali has been appointed as Deputy Permanent Secretary (Civil Service Governance) at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO); Deputy Director of Internal Security Department at the PMO Zulhusam bin Haji Abdul Samad has been appointed as Deputy Permanent Secretary (Security and Law) at the PMO; Permanent Secretariat Director of Brunei Vision Dr Dayang Hajah Huraini binti Pehin Orang Kaya Setia Jaya Dato Paduka Awang Haji Abu Hurairah has been appointed as the Deputy Permanent Secretary (Vision) at the PMO; and Senior Administrative Officer/Acting Director-General of Public Service Dr Haji Norfarizal bin Othman has been confirmed in his post as Director-General of Public Service of the Public Service Department at the PMO.
The date of appointment and confirmation of the said officers are effective from today, 4 Muharram 1445H corresponding to July 22, 2023.
