The High Commission of Pakistan in Brunei Darussalam celebrated it’s 83rd National Day on Wednesday with a flag-hoisting ceremony.
The event was attended by the Pakistani community in the Sultanate, including physicians, teachers, business people, military officers, students, and High Commission employees and their families. Pakistan Brunei Friendship Association members and Bruneian business people as well as well as other notables were also present.
National Day messages from Pakistan’s president and prime minister were read by High Commissioner of Pakistan in Brunei Darussalam Major General (Rtd) Farhat Abbas Sani and Deputy Chief of Mission Ghulam Haider at the event.
The high commission and Pakistani community also pledged to serve their country with devotion and sincerity.
