The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (MoE) announced that HECAS 2022 (Round 1) online application to local Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) – Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA), Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), Politeknik Brunei (PB) and for the Brunei Government Overseas Scholarship under Scholarship Management Department, MoE for the academic year 2022/2023 will be closed on February 17 after 2pm.
Applicants must ensure that the HECAS application submitted is attached with all related documents including the HECAS form to the institutions before the closing date. Any application after the closing date will not be considered.
All overdue payments should be settled upon HECAS registration either through BIBD Mobile Application on February 17 at 11pm or by cash at the payment counter on the same day at Tutong Sixth Form Centre before 11am and Sultan Hassan Secondary School in Temburong District before 2pm.
Any payment made after the closing date will not be considered and will not be refunded.
