Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) yesterday celebrated the culmination of the BIBD Aspirasi 5 Rewards Campaign, awarding a life-changing grand prize of BND250,000.
Managing Director of Brunei Investment Agency and Independent Director of BIBD Board of Directors Haji Sofian bin Mohammad Jani presented the prize to 37-year-old Nurul Hilmi bin Haji Rozali on the sidelines of the ongoing 28th Consumer Fair at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Berakas.
The BIBD Aspirasi Rewards programme is BIBD’s societal contribution, aiming to foster a savings mindset hoped to positively influence not only individuals but also their families and friends.
Five quarterly winners also walked away with BND10,000 each, while 15 monthly winners were each rewarded with BND1,000.
Since its inception, the BIBD Aspirasi programme has rewarded winners with a cumulative total of BND4.23 million in winnings, with 420 winners rewarded with the total of BND870,000 in 2023.
With the success of BIBD Aspirasi 5, BIBD has also launched the BIBD Aspirasi 6 in December 2023, kickstarting another rewarding year and journey of financial success for BIBD subscribers.
The latest BIBD campaign will feature two grand prize winners who will each bring home a substantial amount of BND200,000.
Throughout the year, the campaign will also see a total of 288 monthly winners and 16 quarterly winners. BIBD Aspirasi depositors who hold the certificate longer will be able to receive more entries to win, ensuring a more widespread distribution of rewards and reinforcing BIBD’s dedication in delivering an inclusive and rewarding experience for all.
The BIBD Aspirasi 6 campaign remains accessible to everyone via BIBD NEXGEN, with a minimal entry contribution of BND50. With no maximum limit, all savers can fully embrace the opportunity without any restrictions. – Rokiah Mahmud
