Abdul Razak bin Mohd Yasin won a brand new Hyundai Grand i10 after becoming the grand prize winner of the Half Year Bonanza Lucky Draw event at Setia Motors Sdn Bhd’s showroom yesterday.
Abdul Razak from Kuala Belait said, “It’s unbelievable. I am overjoyed. I never thought that I will win a brand new car today. I was only expecting to win the first prize.”
He added, “I hope to give the new car to my wife as I just bought a new Hyundai Stargazer.”
On the reason for getting a Stargazer, he said, “It’s a very comfortable family car and I hope to take my parents out on a drive to Kota Kinabalu.”
Meanwhile, Hartini binti Kamero Jame won the first prize of BND5,000 while Siti Nurul Hazirah binti Abdullah won the second prize of BND3,000.
Kertinah binti Haji Saidi won the third prize of BND1,000.
The campaign was held from July 2024 to January 2025. Twenty names drawn on February 3 were invited to participate in yesterday’s event. General Manager of Setia Motors James Chin officiated the event. Product Development Manager Fadhillah Sulaiman and Sales Manager Zen Thea were also present.
The lucky draw began with Zen Thea conducting the selection of the first 16 winners, awarding them cash prizes of BND300 and BND500. James Chin drew the final four grand prize winners. – James Kon
