Kindergarten education is a stage where students learn the basic knowledge. At this early stage of development, a positive view should be instilled among the children, St Margaret School kindergarten supervisor Monica Anak Usit said.
She said this during the graduation ceremony of 78 kindergarten students at the school hall yesterday.
Monica added that the celebration not only marks the completion of kindergarten for the students but also reflects on the children’s journey.

Expressing gratitude to the parents and guardians, she said; “The students have learnt not only academic skills but also social skills, creativity and confidence.”
The ceremony continued with performances by kindergarten students from KG1 and KG2.
Member of the school’s Board of Governor Wendy Chang Yan Ling, the guest of honour, handed over certificates to the students. School principal Liew Yong Kim welcomed Chang and parents and guardians.
