The festival comprises four concepts – family info exhibitions and interactive activities, family leisure activities, entrepreneurial activities and relaxing activities such as ‘family movie night’ and ‘picnic in the park’. Among the activities throughout the festival include; exhibition of Family, Women and Children Division, Counselling Unit as well as Talian Kebajikan 141 and Talian ANAK 121 by JAPEM; traditional games, book sales and Brunei Heritage trail by Department of Museums; mobile library service, membership registration, colouring activity by the Language and Literature Bureau (DBP) and many more. Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad was also present as Special Advisor and Co-Chairman of the National Committee for the Celebration of National Family Day 2023.

Permanent secretaries, deputy permanent secretaries, senior government officials and strategic partners of MCYS along with their family members also participated.

The public can participate in the SaTu HaraPan Family Leisure Activity at Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas tomorrow from 7am to noon.
