GoFeastival, featuring 50 vendors, aims to raise public awareness of digital payment solutions while highlighting BIBD’s QuickPay.
BIBD Deputy Head of Retail Banking Group Junaidi bin Bahrum noted that as the official bank partner, the primary goal is to create a platform for digital payment and support the government’s vision of transforming Brunei into a smart nation.
“Through this event, we aim to enhance public understanding and adoption of digital payment practices, ultimately contributing to a more interconnected and efficient economy,” he said.
BIBD Head of Corporate Business Developments, Corporate Banking Group Haji Shamri bin Haji Mahali shared that the event is a part of the bank’s ongoing initiative to bolster the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) ecosystem.

He added BIBD was one of the supporters of Darussalam Enterprise’s (DARe) Proudly Brunei Awards, in which GoMamam was awarded the Startup Award.
