Smiles and excitement were seen on the faces of 40 children from Centre for Children with Special Needs (KACA) when they were treated to a fun day out at Joyful Garden, a Chinese culture themed garden for wellness and well-being.
They were welcomed with a rare snow experience.
Joyful Garden owner William Lim presented goodie bags to the children as well as a donation to KACA Managing Director Haji Abdul Alim bin Haji Awang Othman.
Lim said, “We started the initiative to bring in children with special needs to the garden this year. We would like to carry out the initiative annually.”
Last week, children from Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam visited the garden.
