Knowing it was a public holiday yesterday, I left my car in a Kuala Belait parking lot without displaying the coupon.
However, when I returned to my car moments later, I was surprised to find a notice on the windshield as it had been my understanding that parking was free during public holidays.
I urge the authorities to look into the matter once and for all.
Should it not be free, it is time to dispel the myth as I’m sure the majority of us have been under the impression that there is a special arrangement during public holidays.
