Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) yesterday presented BND40,000 to four winners of the BIBD Aspirasi 6 reward campaign’s second quarter draw during a ceremony at the International Convention Centre.
Each quarterly winner walked away with BND10,000 while 24 individuals received BND1,000 each as monthly winners of the campaign.
The ceremony, held on the sidelines of the 29th Consumer Fair, was officiated by BIBD Retail Banking Group Head of Sales Hajah Rohani binti Haji Mohd Salleh.
Winners were selected from a pool of customers subscribed to BIBD Aspirasi and maintained a minimum of BND50 deposit for a 90-day holding period.
Following an earlier live draw for eligible certificate numbers, the event featured a separate draw to determine the monthly and quarterly winners.
The BIBD Aspirasi programme, launched in 2018 and is currently in its sixth cycle, has rewarded some 2,000 winners over BND4.4 million since its inception.
By the campaign’s conclusion on November 30, 2024, a total of 288 monthly winners and 16 quarterly winners will be celebrated, alongside two grand prize recipients taking home BND200,000 each.
