Rokiah Mahmud Four individuals were issued compound fines for violating the movement restriction directive from midnight to 4am yesterday. Three violators breached the stay-at-home directive while one violator did not have the BruHealth app. The violators were Md Ayubshah bin Haji Abdul Latif, Ling Leew Choun and Sheikh Thameem Ansari Ibnusuhoo.
