Suri Seri Begawan Raja Pengiran Anak Damit Mosque Takmir Committee members recently held a Maulidur Rasul forum as part of its annual activity to mark the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in Rabiulawal.
Mosque takmir committee advisor Pehin Orang Kaya Paduka Setia Raja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Haji Awang Suhaili bin Haji Mohiddin was the guest of honour.
Panellists included Dr Haji Harapandi Dahri from the Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB), Associate Professor Dr Haji Abdurrahman Raden Aji Haqqi from Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali and Hilman bin Haji Salim from KUPU SB with Hilman as the moderator.
Topics discussed included the lessons that can be learnt from the life of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
Among those in attendance were the hearing impaired, who were aided by a sign language specialist during the forum.
