A forum on ‘Imarah Masjid Suluhan Taqwa’ was held on Thursday to mark the fifth anniversary of the establishment of Ar-Rahman Mosque in Kampong Tanjung Bunut.
Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad attended the event.
The Ar-Rahman Mosque Takmir Committee organised the forum to shape the mindset of the local community, especially youth, to be closer to the mosque to perform prayers and conduct welfare activities.
Mohammad Rif’at Atiyah bin Haji Anwari was the forum chairman.
Panel members included Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) assistant lecturer Abdul Rahman bin Haji Ajak and KUPU SB Faculty of Education assistant lecturer Haji Mohammad Khaairul Azhar bin Idris. – Azlan Othman
