    For a healthy body, peaceful mind

    More than 30 members of Panaga Club participated in a yoga session to mark the International Day of Yoga on Saturday.

    The International Day of Yoga is observed annually on June 21.

    Chairperson for the Yoga Section at Panaga Club Venkata Ramana Rao Suryadevara said that yoga offers several benefits for the body and mind.

    “With this session, we want to create a calm environment where members of the club can practise yoga with other like-minded individuals who all share the same mission to better themselves, both physically and mentally,” he said.
