The Brunei Darussalam Football Referees Association held a fitness test at the Track and Field of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas yesterday, joined by 20 active referees amid the upcoming domestic competitions later this year.
Referee technical instructor Hadimin Shahbuddin Md Yusof Zaki bin Haji Seruddin and referee fitness instructor Haji Md Ali Dzulfikri bin Haji Mohd Taib facilitated the event.
The session covered sprint, change of direction ability (CODA) and a high intensity test. – Fadhil Yunus
