Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali, through its Faculty of Islamic Development Management (FPPI), paid a study visit to Royal Brunei Culinary (RBC) in Lambak Kanan recently.
Lecturer Dr Khatijah binti Othman and assistant lecturer Noorhizrah binti Mohammad led the group comprising 14 Bachelor of Development Management students and one Bachelor of Halal Science student.
They also visited Brunei Food Industry Development at Salambigar Industrial Park where they met and held a discussion with senior manager of the manufacturing department Wahyoe and human capital development manager Hajjah Nur Suzi. – Azlan Othman
