A discussion was held between the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) personnel from the Belait District headquarters with mukim penghulu and village heads in Belait District under the neighborhood watch (PK) programme. The discussion was held at the RBPF’s Officers’ Mess in the Belait District.
Commanding Officer of Belait Police District Senior Superintendent Handrie bin Haji Amin led the discussion where he touched on the introduction and the main role of the neighbourhood watch (PK) in the community.
Other topics of discussion included crime statistics, traffic accidents and prevention against crime trends. Also present was Acting Assistant Belait District Officer Mohammad Fadzil bin Yanie.
The Royal Brunei Police Force introduced the programme to focus on the villagers’ well-being.
