The Fire and Rescue Department (FRD) conducted a fire drill and evacuation exercise at Pehin Dato Jamil Primary School involving firefighters from the Sungai Kebun Fire Station Operation ‘D’ branch led by ABK 404 Pengiran Haji Ali bin Pengiran Haji Abdul Wahab last Thursday.
The drill was participated by 208 students and teachers.
The exercise is carried out every year to prepare students and staff for any fire emergencies, cultivate a sense of responsibility on the aspect of fire safety among children and show them the proper procedures of evacuating a building.
