FABD submits appeal for conditional fund to FIFA

The Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) has failed to submit the approved statutory audit from the 8th FABD Congress, the FABD announced during a meeting at the Lecture Theatre of the FABD House earlier this week.

The FABD will withdraw from the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Futsal Qualifying Round 2023 and to pay a sanction amounting USD10,000 to the AFC.

According to the FABD, the Brunei Super League (BSL) will also be cut off after week 22.

The final standings of the league after week 22 will be declared the final standing of BSL 2023.
