Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) President Haji Feisal bin Haji Eusoff Patail handed a donation to Said bin Haji Ahmad, who has been bedridden due to a stroke in the past year.
Said, 60, is the father of three national football players.
“Representing FABD, I am moved by Said’s dedication, who has encouraged and inspired his sons on their football journey,” said Haji Feisal.
He highlighted the sacrifices made by Said for his sons – Mohd Shahrazen, Adi and Hakeme – to ensure they excel in the sport.
Adi expressing his gratitude for the visit from the president said, “We appreciate FABD’s support, which motivates us to continue contributing to the progress of football in our country.”
Accompanying the President during the visit were FABD’s executive committee member Pengiran Haji Jufry bin Pengiran Haji Jaludin and acting secretary-general Haji Matali bin Haji Mohd Tahir. – Azlan Othman
