Just last week, there were several videos being shared in the country regarding the storm that damaged private properties and cars in Serasa. Yesterday, despite heavy rain in the afternoon, the temperature hovered around 34 degrees Celsius.
I have been in this country my whole life, and seeing these weather events occur in a short span is concerning. They serve to remind us that climate change is real, and we as a society need to do everything we can to support the country’s efforts in mitigating this crisis.
