The 30th Consumer Fair and Trade Expo is set to kick off on January 15 and ends on January 19 at the International Convention Centre, Berakas. In preparation for the much-anticipated expo, an exhibitor briefing was held at D’Sunlit Sdn Bhd yesterday afternoon.
Aiming to bring transformative highlights, dynamic collaborations and innovative opportunities to exhibitors and consumers, the 30th Consumer Fair and Trade Expo brings together diverse products and services, as well as exciting activities, with some 300 exhibitors and over 650 booths.
A key feature of the 30th Consumer Fair and Trade Expo is the inaugural Consumer Fair Conference (CONFAC) 2025, which will take place at the Press Hall of the ICC. The conference will gather industry leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators to highlight the opportunities in the Brunei Darussalam–Indonesia–Malaysia–Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) region and beyond, as well as delve into the role of digitalisation and innovative approaches that micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can harness to thrive in the dynamic landscape.
In addition, this year’s fair also introduced an International Zone in the Musyawarah Hall, dedicated to showcasing businesses from the BIMP-EAGA region to foster regional trade and partnerships.
The revitalised business matching programme will allow buyers to connect directly with local and international exhibitors. This programme provides a seamless platform to explore collaborations and partnerships under one roof. – James Kon
