Exciting prizes, deals at travel fair

Tourism Malaysia (TM) Brunei is offering exciting prizes and deals at the Sabre Brunei Travel Fair 2024 at the Indoor Stadium of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas. Daily quizzes will reward winners with instant giveaways such as a two-day, one-night stay at Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Genting SkyWorlds tickets.

TM Brunei’s participation was officially launched by Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications Ir Haji Mohammad Nazri bin Haji Mohammad Yusof, Malaysian High Commissioner-Designate to Brunei Darussalam Mohd Aini Atan, Royal Brunei Airlines Chief Executive Officer Captain Sabirin bin Haji Abdul Hamid and TM Brunei Director Hazrina binti Azman.

Joining TM Brunei are 10 Malaysian exhibitors: ATTANA Hotels and Resorts Sdn Bhd, Movenpick Hotel and Convention Centre KLIA, Resorts World Genting, Tropical Charters Sdn Bhd, Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Lexis Hotel Group, Tamu Hotels and Suites Kuala Lumpur, Labuan Rusukan Besar Resort, SuperPark Malaysia, and Hyatt Regency Kinabalu.

The Sarawak Tourism Board and Sabah Tourism Board are also participating to provide information to visitors.

Tourism Malaysia has collaborated with local travel partners to promote the ‘Cuti-Cuti Malaysia’ swipe and win campaign, which offers holiday packages to Malaysia and a lucky draw entry for Baiduri Bank debit and credit cardholders with a minimum spending BND20.

Malaysian exhibitors are offering promotional deals including two-day, one-night stays at Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Resorts World Genting hotels and Lexis Suites Penang. Other deals include Tropical Charters Langkawi Sunset Cruise and SuperPark Malaysia entry passes.

The Sultanate is among the top five tourist contributors from the ASEAN region to Malaysia, with 565,999 Brunei tourist arrivals recorded from January to June.

Tourism Malaysia aims to reach 1.345 million tourist arrivals from Brunei this year with the support of its local partners. – Lyna Mohamad
