Event sheds light on Cambodia’s economic prospects

The Young Entrepreneurs Association Brunei (YEAB) hosted the ‘Cambodia’s Economic Overview: Unveiling Business Opportunities and Growth Trends’ at Mavens’ Learning Centre in Kampong Kiulap on May 18.

The event sought to shed light on the business opportunities and growth trends as Cambodia has solidified its status as a dynamic economic powerhouse in the region. The event commenced with welcoming remarks from president and founder of Mavensdotlive Goh Chai Li.

Ambassador of Cambodia to Brunei Darussalam Lim Hokseng, Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) representatives Kerady Buth and Chau Lon Molika and Nimanja Inc founder and managing director Anderson Lim were the guest speakers. YEAB’s Vice President II and Tyne Solutions founder Aimi Ramlee was the moderator.

The event featured discussions on the analysis of Cambodia’s current economic status and growth prospects, the identification of key sectors and industries ripe for investment, the exploration of government policies and initiatives driving economic development and the strategies for navigating the Cambodian market and seizing business opportunities. The event facilitated a mutual exchange of opportunities, allowing representatives from YEAC to explore and discover the market potential in the Sultanate.

The cross-border interaction opened new possibilities for collaboration and investment between the two countries.
