We would like to address Puzzled’s letter, “Data not low enough to buy add-ons”, published in the Opinion page of the Bulletin on March 25 regarding their recent experience with their service provider.
Despite the letter not specifically mentioning Datastream Digital Sdn Bhd (DST), it is an opportunity for us to address the matter and express our sincere gratitude to the writer for bringing these concerns to our attention.
Data add-on for both DST’s postpaid (Mobi) and prepaid (Easi) is a feature made available to our customers for their convenience.
Our Mobi customers are able to purchase data add-ons any time, even while their monthly data bundles are still available.
As for our Easi customers, they are able to purchase a data add-on from our data add-on bundle options. However, at this time, Easi customers are only able to purchase one data add-on at a time.
Nonetheless, enhancements are in progress to allow our customers to do more with our services.
Once available, a public announcement will be made.
We appreciate Puzzled’s feedback and will take their suggestions into consideration as we strive to improve our services.
We would also like to remind our customers that they can keep track of their monthly bundles through the MyDST app, which allows them to conveniently purchase another add-on data bundle.
