Rotary Club of Belait (RCB) members recently organised a new year fellowship gathering in Kuala Belait to end the year on a high note.
The club’s president, Helen Tang, expressed her gratitude for all the support received throughout the year of 2023 while highlighting the members’ efforts in helping the needy.
