A total of 76 students of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Religious School participated in a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony for Primary 6 students yesterday.
Present was Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Haji Mohammed Al-Mokthar bin Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz.
Granddaughter of Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna Pengiran Nur Aleeyah Syifa binti Pengiran Anak Haji Mohammed Al-Mokthar was among the students taking part in the religious ceremony.
The event aimed to encourage the reading of Al-Quran and completion of recitation before primary school education ends.
