As part of it’s corporate social responsibility, Baiduri Bank presented donations for underprivileged students from various private schools in the country during an event at Tarindak D’Seni yesterday.
In a ceremony during an open house event in conjunction with Chinese New Year, the bank presented donations to invited representatives from 13 schools.
This year, Baiduri Bank handed over donations to 19 underprivileged students who were nominated by the schools.
Baiduri Bank Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ti Eng Hui said, “The aim of the initiative over the years has been to ease the burden on the students’ families and motivate them to achieve academic excellence.”
The CEO added, “We hope to see that through this humble contribution, we can provide them the opportunity to fully discover their potential.”
