His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, the Chancellor of Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) has consented to the establishment of the Professional Development Unit at UNISSA, which will play an important role in enhancing the competence and quality of human resources at the university. In delivering a titah during the 11th Hafl Al-Takharruj (convocation ceremony) of UNISSA at the International Convention Centre in Berakas yesterday, His Majesty emphasised on the empowerment of balanced education to shape the nation’s identity.
