Over 80 employees across Baiduri Bank Group attended its Core Values Recognition event at the Baiduri Community Space, Baiduri Bank headquarters yesterday.
The event recognised and awarded over 90 employees across the bank group who exemplified the desired behaviours and the organisation’s core values.
These recognitions demonstrate the bank’s dedication to building a positive, inclusive work culture, enhancing customer experience and community support.
Over the past two years, Baiduri Bank Group has focused on embedding its core values – Enterprising, Empathy, Inclusivity, and Trustworthiness – into its culture.
The focus has aligned employees with the group’s mission to enrich, empower and engage the communities in a responsible and sustainable way.
The bank has introduced initiatives like Kudos Cards and the Core Values Recognition Scheme to reinforce these values.
A Core Values Deck was also introduced, providing a framework that defines desired behaviours for all employees. Complementing this, a comprehensive training programme on culture and core values has been incorporated into the onboarding process for all new hires.
The bank’s dedication to fortifying these values extends into its Human Resources processes, influencing aspects like recruitment and professional development.
