A packed house of music enthusiasts enjoyed an electrifying performance by the K-pop band Jaurim at the Jerudong International School Arts Centre on Sunday night. The band was invited from South Korea to celebrate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Brunei Darussalam and South Korea.
Permanent Secretary (Culture) at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Pengiran Haji Mohd Hasnan bin Pengiran Haji Ali Hassan attended the performance with his spouse.
South Korean Ambassador-Designate to Brunei Darussalam Sun Nahm-Kook and his spouse, as well as senior government officials and members of the diplomatic corps were also in attendance.
Prior to the Jaurim performance, members of the Brunei Korean Culture Club and K Night Club showcased their dance moves on stage. Following the finale, all the performers and the Jaurim band members had a photo session with the permanent secretary and the ambassador-designate.
