Forty-nine members of PERBEKAL Association, led by President Pengiran Mahari bin Pengiran Haji Md Tahir, paid an educational visit to the Kampong Sungai Teraban Village Consultative Council (MPK) on Sunday.
The delegation was welcomed by Acting Village Head of Kampong Sungai Teraban Haji Zaini bin Haji Kaderi, in his capacity as the Chairman of the MPK Kampong Sungai Teraban along with other MPK members.
Haji Zaini, in his welcoming remarks, shared the MPK Kampong Sungai Teraban’s administrative structure, management and the annual activities, highlighting on economic driven activities. The visit proceeded with an umai-making demonstration, part of the village council’s One Village One Product (1K1P).
The visit concluded with a presentation of a souvenir to the chairman of MPK Kampong Sungai Teraban by PERBEKAL Association Patron Pengiran Haji Nordin bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud. PERBEKAL members also visited several locations in the village including dry food processing sites and a fish breeding farm.
