Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) through the Centre for Leadership and Lifelong Learning held an academic service programme on Friday from 8.30am to 10am.
The online lecture on the importance of Astrofiqh in life was delivered by Mazhab Shafi’i Research Centre Deputy Director Associate Professor Dr Ibnor Azli bin Ibrahim.
The talk discussed raising awareness of Astrofiqh and its ties with Aqidah, Syariah, Akhlak and daily life.
The programme aimed at helping the public gain knowledge and enable UNISSA academicians to carry out their social responsibilities while gaining experience.
The programme looked to elevate UNISSA’s status as an Islamic university through programmes for the public.
