Two Dusun siblings from the Tutong District embraced Islam and recited their Syahadah during a conversion ceremony at Kampong Kuala Ungar in Tutong District, last Thursday.
Merry Susilawati binti Sani and Titi Nurdayana binti Sani recited their Syahadah under the guidance of Ustazah Hajah Siti Noraziah binti Haji Asli from Tutong District Dakwah Unit.
Following their conversion, Merry Susilawati chose Nur Aina Basheera binti Sani while Titi Nurdayana adopted for Nur Leanara Dayana binti Sani for their Muslim names. The ceremony included welcoming gifts, a Dikir performance and the sprinkling of scented flowers. – Lyna Mohamad
