A 46-year-old man was found guilty by the Bandar Magistrate’s Court after a trial of driving in a dangerous manner, causing the death of a roadside worker.
The defendant, Pengiran Narudin bin Pengiran Haji Nor Abidin also pleaded guilty to consuming Methylamphetamine.
He received a jail sentence of five years and eight months, with a lifetime disqualification from driving or holding a driver’s licence.
