The virtues of being in the company of Al-Quran and the nine benefits of reading Al-Quran for those who practice it, was likened to a fragrant fruit with a sweet interior.
This was highlighted during a presentation titled Bertemanlah dengan Al-Quran by trained religious teacher from the Da’wah Dissemination Division (Counseling) Islamic Dakwah Centre at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Siti Noraini binti Haji Mohd Hashim.
In an effort to promote a reading culture in the community, the Language and Literature Bureau (DBP) through its Library Division held the fifth instalment of the Reading Culture Promotion Webinar Series 2023.
The webinar series took place virtually yesterday via the Zoom application and was live streamed on the library’s Facebook and YouTube social media platforms.
It was chaired by library officer Siti Ayeshah binti Haji Shahrin.
