The Lions Club of Bandar Seri Begawan (BSB) donated pre-loved clothes, toys, books and shoes to La Vida Brunei as part of its community service initiatives.
Lions Club BSB President Maya Ramchandani also presented a cheque for BDN500 to La Vida’s Manager Dawn Lee.
The Lions Club officers were briefed about the community activities of La Vida, where it was emphasised that the donated items would help to raise funds through their thrift shop for the organisation’s projects including handicraft making and business related programmes aimed to help vulnerable families become financially self-sufficient and self-reliant. – Fadley Faisal
