It appears as though every week, there are at least a few foreign workers who have reportedly run away from their employers in the Sultanate. These escapees have the potential of causing security threats to the otherwise peaceful nation.
The public has been called on to assist the authorities in tracking down these escapees. While I’m sure the populace will not hesitate to assist in any way possible, it would be good if the authorities could publish the statistics and the success rate of roping these runaway workers in the media.
