Three local sailors representing Royal Brunei Yacht Club attended the Metazone – World Sailing Inclusive Development Programme 2023 at Passion Wave, Marina Bay, Singapore.
The event, from October 23-27, was conducted in partnership with World Sailing to develop parasailing activities in the region.
Forty participants from 13 countries underwent several performance clinics to grow and develop sustainable training activities locally.
The programme concluded with a three-day camping activity on Pulau Ubin, where participants explored the topic of inclusiveness. – James Kon
