Thus, I would like to appeal to telco companies to consider allowing customers to bring forward unused data from the previous month.

Based on my experience, a football match watched in high definition consumes about two gigabytes of data. Perhaps telco companies could consider giving back to the community – or customers – by offering data rollover to mark the end of the year?
