    Cultural exchange programme strengthens ties

Forty-four members of the Kampong Lambak Youth Association (PERBEKAL) led by President Pengiran Haji Nordin bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud took part in a Sabah and Sarawak Youth Integration programme in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia recently.

The delegation, which included Deputy President Pengiran Mahari bin Pengiran Haji Mohd Tahir and Vice President Siti Seriana binti Haji Mohd Yusof, was welcomed by the Sabah Youth Council (MBS), led by Deputy President Hilme Milus and vice presidents Muhammad Nazrul and Osman Johari.

The programme featured cultural exchanges with the Kedazan Dusun community, including traditional food and lifestyle experiences. The group visited Kampung Kobuni in Inanam and the Kadazan Dusun Cultural Association in Penampang.

The visit concluded with an appreciation event where PERBEKAL and MBS exchanged souvenirs. – Lyna Mohamad
