Royal Brunei Culinary organised a cooking demonstration for students from The Culinary School by Laksamana College of Business recently as part of Singapore Food Festival 2023 at Anjung Saujana Restaurant at Brunei International Airport.
The Black Hole Group Executive Sous Chef Md Zulfadli bin Normedi and The Black Hole Group Sous Chef Imran presented the cooking demonstration.
Chef Imran demonstrated his specialty dishes barramundi ceviche with cucumber dressing, jalapeno granita and pickled shallots; and potato flat bread topped with pulled lamb shoulder.
The cooking class was interactive with recipes provided to guests who also tasted the food.
