Minister’s Office, yesterday morning received newly-appointed Brunei Darussalam envoys and newly-appointed foreign envoys to Brunei Darussalam during an audience ceremony at Qashr Al-Meezaan.
The newly-appointed Brunei Darussalam envoys and newly-appointed foreign envoys to Brunei Darussalam are Permanent Representative of Brunei Darussalam to the United Nations in New York, United States Pengiran Hairani binti Pengiran Tajuddin; Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to Amman, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Hajah Nor Huda binti Begawan Pehin Khatib Dato Paduka Haji Ahmad; Ambassador of Korea to Brunei Darussalam Sun Nahmkook; High Commissioner of Bangladesh to Brunei Darussalam Naureen Ahsan; High Commissioner of Malaysia to Brunei Darussalam Datuk Mohd Aini Atan; High Commissioner of Pakistan to Brunei Darussalam Janbaz Khan; Ambassador of Japan to Brunei Darussalam Kikuta Yutaka; High Commissioner of Australia to Brunei Darussalam Michael Neil Hoy; and Ambassador of Cambodia to Brunei Darussalam Chey Ratha.
On Monday, His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam presented letters of credence to the newly-appointed Brunei Darussalam envoys, and also received letters of credence from the newly-appointed foreign envoys to Brunei Darussalam.
Present at the ceremony were Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office Dato Seri Paduka Mohd Riza bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohd Yunos; Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Haji Muhammad Fakhri bin Haji Mohd Taib; and Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister’s Office Pengiran Haji Raffizanna bin Pengiran Haji Razali as Acting Grand Chamberlain.
