His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, received in audience newly-appointed Brunei Darussalam envoys and newly-appointed foreign envoys to Brunei Darussalam yesterday.
His Royal Highness first received in audience Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to Vietnam Datin Paduka Malai Hajah Halimah binti Malai Haji Yussof, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to France Datin Paduka Hajah Rakiah binti Haji Abdul Lamit @ Hamid, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to Russia Pengiran Muhammad Husaini bin Pengiran Penggawa Laila Bentara Istiadat Diraja Dalam Istana Pengiran Haji Alauddin, High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam to Australia Garry Ramlee bin Ibrahim, and Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to Egypt Pengiran Md Salimin bin Pengiran Md Daud. The newly-appointed Brunei Darussalam envoys received their letters of credence from His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on October 20.
His Royal Highness also received in audience Ambassador of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam Boosara Kanchanalai; High Commissioner of Pakistan to Brunei Darussalam Major General (Rtd) Farhat Abbas Sani, and High Commissioner of Canada to Brunei Darussalam Ambra Dickie. The newly-appointed foreign envoys presented their letters of credence to His Majesty on October 20.
The audience ceremonies took place at Qashr Al-Meezaan.
