One the objectives of the workshop was to analyse the marketability of the participants and provide aiding mechanisms in reducing the unemployment rate among the middle-aged group.

The workshop also focussed on upskilling and reskilling the participants by keeping them updated on trends in the current job market while boosting their confidence and readiness for employment.

Through the briefings, it was also hoped that the participants will gain knowledge to invoke innovative and creative ideas, apart from equipping them with financial literacy.
