The Brunei Darussalam Library Association (BLA) is organising a two-day assistant librarian course at the Language and Literature Bureau (DBP) Library in RPN Kampong Lambak Kanan.
Senior BLA executive committee member Pengiran Haji Mohd Shahminan bin Pengiran Haji Sulaiman facilitated the course.
He called on the participants to continue upgrading their professional development and skills as well as increase knowledge.
Pengiran Haji Mohd Shahminan said local libraries are growing with the development of new technology with libraries providing e-books.
BLA president Nellie binti Dato Paduka Haji Sunny was present at the course with association members. The course continues today. – Lyna Mohamad
