Some 17 clients under the supervision of the Brunei Council on Social Welfare (MKM) received certificates for completing a cooking course at the Lifelong Learning Centre in RPN Kampong Lambak Kanan on Tuesday. The recipients also included participants of the food processing course at the Small Businesses Food Incubator Centre in Kampong Kilanas.
