Converts are told to continue attending courses or programmes organised by the Islamic Da’wah Centre (PDI) and other agencies, said PDI Director Haji Abdul Rajid bin Haji Mohd Salleh during a certificate presentation ceremony for 25 Brunei-Muara District participants of the 108th Advance Guidance Scheme I for female converts. Similar ceremonies were held for 18 Tutong District participants, 17 in Belait District and 18 in Temburong District.
Course participants were taught religious knowledge including Iqra’, Tauhid, Fiqh Solat, Fiqh Munakahat, Islamic history, Tasawwuf and Amali as well as joined sharing session with the Family Counselling Service Division. – Lyna Mohamad
