Pengiran Haji Sufferizal bin Pengiran Haji Marzuki, the grand prize winner at the closing ceremony of the 27th Consumer Fair yesterday, won a Toyota Wigo sponsored by NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd, presented by NBT Marketing Manager Anderson Lim and NBT Gadong branch’s sales manager Emily Chua.
The second place winner Herzielah binti Muhammad Herry received a Gintell Massage Chair presented by Gintell Regional Manager En Zahari Yahya.
Winner of the XCEL Beyond Drinking Water Dayang Nurul Nurnasurah binti Shamsul Rizal received her prize from D’Sunlit Sdn Bhd Managing Director Jackson Ting.
This year’s consumer fair, held at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Berakas, drew over 120,000 visitors.
The theme, ‘Bold and Curious’, encouraged self-empowerment among the public to try more things, go beyond the comfort zone and accept unconventional ideas.
According to the organiser, D’Sunlit Sdn Bhd, the event aimed for the public to be more curious, seek new excitement and be bolder and daring when exploring the vendors.
Among the highlights were thrilling games and activities in line with the theme.
Throughout the five-day event, 10 shortlisted participants were announced each day at 7pm accumulating 50 shortlisted participants. Out of this 50, 20 lucky visitors walked away with prizes.
Prizes won during the grand lucky draw were sponsored by NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd, Gintell Sdn Bhd and Ocram. Other prizes were sponsored by D’Sunlit Sdn Bhd, comprising home furniture, television, refrigerator, mobile phone, tab, speaker and food hampers.
The Consumer Fair has become a hub for visitors, to explore a wide range of products and services, along with daily fun activities.
